We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we understand the need for a resolution. This policy outlines the conditions under which Misha-Store accepts returns and exchanges.

Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Eligible for Return/Exchange: Damaged or Defective Items Only.
  • Timeframe for Request: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Non-refundable/Non-cancellable: This policy excludes returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, size issues, or simply not liking the product quality. We take pride in offering industry-best products at a very nominal price.

Cancellation Procedures

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after placing an order.

Return/Exchange Request

Contact Us: Email us at support@misha-store.com with your order number and a clear description of the damage or defect. Evidence Required: For any damaged or missing item claims, a 360-degree video capture of you opening the package is mandatory. The video should clearly show the seal being broken and the entire unpacking process. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Upon Approval

If your request is approved, we will arrange the return shipment for you (return shipping will only be arranged after approval). You will be responsible for securely packaging the damaged/defective item(s) for the return shipment.

Resolution Process

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 48 hours of delivery. For verified damage or defects: We will offer you a replacement of the same item (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method. Important to Note: Misha-Store is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit. We recommend using the trackable shipping service provided during the return arrangement process.

Missing Packages

For orders marked as “delivered” but not received, please notify us within 48 hours. We recommend contacting the courier company directly to inquire about the package’s whereabouts. Unfortunately, courier companies may not accept claims after this timeframe.

Incorrect Information

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Misha-Store is not liable for any additional charges incurred due to incorrect customer information.
