Terms of Purchase

By shopping at www.misha-store.com, you agree to our return, exchange, and shipping policies as outlined below.

Quality Check & Return Eligibility

We’re committed to delivering quality clothing. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous video of the package being opened is required as proof. Without it, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange & Store Credit

    • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
    • For approved returns, customers will receive either:
      An exchange of the same or another available item, or
A store credit voucher, after deducting applicable charges.

Return / Exchange Process

1. Submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide:
Order number
Registered email or contact number
Reason for return
Supporting images and the mandatory unboxing video
3. Our team will review and respond within 48–72 working hours.
4. If approved:
A reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days.
Only the approved item must be handed over.
Return transit time: 8–12 working days to reach us.

Shipping & Charges

  • Free shipping is offered across India.
  • Reverse pickup charges: Rs. 120 per return request (deducted from store credit).
  • In case more than one item is sent back, charges may be revised.
  • RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect address/contact will incur a Rs. 100 deduction from the credit voucher.

International Orders

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders by default.
  • In cases of damaged/wrong items, customers may return the product at their own shipping cost.
  • Please contact us before initiating any international return.

Important Notes

  • Items failing quality checks (used, washed, or missing tags) will be sent back, and return requests will be rejected.
  • All approvals are subject to Misha Store’s discretion.
