Quality Check & Return Eligibility
We’re committed to delivering quality clothing. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous video of the package being opened is required as proof. Without it, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange & Store Credit
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
For approved returns, customers will receive either: An exchange of the same or another available item, or
A store credit voucher, after deducting applicable charges.

Reason for return
